1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or requesting services from Luxury Home Handyman, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Luxury Home Handyman provides residential handyman and home improvement services including but not limited to general repairs, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and remodeling. All services are subject to:
- Availability of our team in your service area
- A written estimate and client approval before work begins
- Applicable local permits and building code requirements
We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are free and non-binding. Final pricing is confirmed in a written work order before any work begins. Prices may change if the scope of work expands beyond the original estimate. We will notify you of any additional costs before proceeding with out-of-scope work.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed job, contact us within 7 days of project completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. Our guarantee covers workmanship defects and does not extend to pre-existing conditions, materials supplied by the client, or damage caused by third parties after work is completed.
5. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the work needed and the condition of your property
- Ensure safe access to the work area on the scheduled date
- Obtain any required permits unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Make payment in accordance with the agreed payment schedule
- Notify us immediately of any property conditions that may affect the work or safety of our team
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of each job unless a deposit or payment schedule has been agreed upon in writing for larger projects. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Unpaid balances beyond 30 days may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month.
7. Cancellation Policy
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover the cost of reserved time and materials.
8. Limitation of Liability
Luxury Home Handyman is fully insured and takes every precaution to protect your property. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our team during a job, our liability is limited to the direct cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to the total value of the project. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, structural issues not identified prior to work, or consequential damages.
9. Website Use
The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of any content. Submitting a quote request form does not constitute a binding service contract.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state in which Luxury Home Handyman operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts in our operating state.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
